Vlad Tepes is a French Black Metal band formed in 1993. They are actually split-up. Vlad Tepes belonged to Les Légions Noires.
Members were:

Vorlok Drakksteim - Bass, back vocals
Wlad Drakksteim - Guitars, Drums, Lead Vocals.
